After this is done, you can dismiss the cmd window and select the “Reboot Bootloader” option. Then select “Reboot.” Finally, you are at the rooting stage. Firstly, you should copy the “Superuse.zip” onto your phone. Then you reboot the device into Bootloader again and select the Recovery button. This boots the HTC One into TWRP recovery. You select the “install” option and select the Superuser.zip file. You the confirm the installation.
