In that Emergency Fax that was faxed to the Embassy of Germany to the attention of Ambassador Sabine Sparwasser we clearly indicated that I Anthony Martini along with my wife Annette Martini were persecuted from the Country of Canada for decades and the persecution still continues and that we need Emergency Travel Documents to leave CANADA and we declared EMERGENCY SANCTUARY, EMERGENCY REFUGE with the Embassy of Germany and the Country of Germany.

I Anthony Martini clearly indicated that I am a Political Candidate for Prime Minister of Canada for 2019 BUT Canada has refused and will always refuse to give me any identifications or allow me to create a Political Party or even run for Prime Minister of Canada or even become a Prime Minister of Canada.

This Persecution from Canada has been going on for decades and will never end.

When I Annette Martini met my husband in 1998 and shortly afterward married my husband Anthony Martini the Canadian Government started to persecute me.

Madam Chancellor Angela Merkel the persecution included weekly beatings from the Canadian Federal Police (RCMP) and many attempted murders and several attempted of Political Assassination on my life all because of my Political Opinion and because I also witnessed 3 members of the Canadian Federal Police known as the RCMP ? Royal Canadian Mounted Police that executed (murdered) an innocent man in cold blood when I was a reporter in Caracas, Venezuela being at the wrong place and wrong time. Then my life became a living hell.

Madam Chancellor Angela Merkel, I Annette Martini am now 8 Months Pregnant, and Canada and the Province of Ontario Canada has refused to give me any free medical and the hospitals in Canada were ordered by OTTAWA not to treat me or even deliver my baby.

To my Entire Pregnancy hospitals have refused to give me an ultra sound and I was denied the legal rights to see a doctor or Obstetrician-Gynecologist. My husband Anthony Martini was also told that he better learn fast on Delivering our baby.

Madam Chancellor Angela Merkel, it would take thousands of pages in going into full details of all the Political Persecution and Physical Torture that I Anthony Martini went through in Canada for 4 decades.

Madam Chancellor Angela Merkel, it would take hundreds of pages for myself Annette Martini to explain all the persecution that I went through since I met my husband in 1998 and shortly afterwards married my husband Anthony Martini.

Our first choice was FRANCE and we communicated with FRANCE from 2009 to the current date but unfortunately FRANCE fell asleep on our case and did nothing and the persecution and torture continued and escalated from CANADA.

While we waited for the Country of FRANCE to assist us we were both kidnapped in California, United States of America on orders from Canada and I Anthony Martini was physically tortured for nearly 1 full year. Then I Anthony Martini and I Annette Martini were forced back to Canada against our will, so Canada would escalate the Persecution against us.

From September 18, 2013 to the current date CANADA has refuse to give us a Passports, Travel Documents to leave Canada a SIN (SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER) which is a Federal ID, Driver's License, Photo ID and FREE Health Coverage.

CANADA has refused for us to work, to travel in Canada or to Pay Taxes or Collect Taxes.

In 1985 Canada illegally without my knowledge stripped myself Anthony Martini out of Canadian Citizenship because I was the only witnessed that witnessed 3 Members of the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) from the Canadian Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela who executed an innocent man in cold blood by me being at the wrong place and wrong time.

I also was a Reporter and I had information that the RCMP were shipping massive illegal street drugs like Cocaine and Heroin worldwide using diplomatic bags and diplomatic cargo through the Canadian Embassies and Canadian Consulates and for that my life became a living hell. The RCMP still ships massive illegal drugs to this day using Canadian Embassies and Canadian Consulates worldwide and especially through Europe.

In 1998, Canada illegally stripped me out of my Annette Martini Canadian Citizenship without my knowledge and without ever going to Court even though I Annette Martini was born in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Madam Chancellor Angela Merkel, the Canadian Government stole over $30 Million Dollars from my Bank Accounts years ago from myself Anthony Martini without ever going to court. This persecution has been going on for decades.

Madam Chancellor Angela Merkel, I Anthony Martini have plans to build the World's Next Generation of Computers, but I cannot build the next Generation of Computers in Canada because Canada will steal my companies and inventions and that is what Canada did all of my life.

Our Plans includes Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland of which we will be creating over 2 million jobs in less than 3 years in the High-Tech industry, Textile Industry and Construction Industry and these jobs will be highly paid positions.

However, we cannot do any of our plans until we permanently leave Canada. It is a shame that FRANCE fell asleep on our Emergency Case. However, we did receive communications in the past from the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of France, from Madam Mich?le Alliot-Marie and Mr. Laurent Fabius but again nothing was ever done, and we were forced back to CANADA when CANADA was involved in an International Kidnapping.

Madam Chancellor Angela Merkel, which ever country assist us in leaving Canada that is where we will open our Head Office and manufacture the Next Generation of Computers.

Madam Chancellor Angela Merkel, CANADA has violated International Laws, United Nations Laws and violated Human Rights Laws. Even Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau refused to issue us Emergency Travel Documents to leave Canada which makes us a Political Prisoners of Canada which is a direct violation of International Laws and United Nations Laws.
