Our FPCs will focus on the needs of Anne Arundel County students and families as they review information from national and international schools and organizations and guidance from the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, our County Executive, Maryland’s State School Superintendent, and Governor Larry Hogan. Maryland Together - Maryland’s Recovery Plan for Education (which is still in draft format)?- will also be used to guide FPCs’ efforts.? Committees will work to produce viable options for reopening school for the Fall 2020 semester.? These options will be presented to the Superintendent and Board of Education for their consideration during the summer of 2020. Please check out the following link to find out more information about our Fall 2020 plan. : In the effort to fully engage students in virtual learning this fall, AACPS will be issuing Chromebooks to every student.
