Have you heard the news? It is Annual Enrollment time again!
Sullivan County Schools is pleased to announce Mark III Brokerage will continue as our Section 125 Cafeteria Benefits plan provider.
Due to Covid-19 and to ensure the safety of our employees this year's enrollment will be Online self-enroll or Call Center ONLY Monday, October 19th through Friday, October 30th 2020. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST ACCESS ENROLLMENT VIA CALL CENTER OR SELF-ENROLL.

If you would like assistance via our call center, we asked that you schedule a time for one of the Mark III Benefit Counselors to call you and assist with your enrollment. This will help us cut down on wait times to speak with a counselor.

2. Follow on-screen instructions, click a timeslot to reserve and fill out name, phone, and email.
3. At your scheduled enrollment time a licensed benefits counselor calls you and will walk you through your benefits options, enroll you in the benefits you choose, and answer any questions you have.
The first week of enrollment you will have the option to utilize the call Center (which we highly recommend) or Self-enroll. The second week of enrollment is for self-enroll only and the call center will not be available.
If you are planning to use the call center please follow the instructions above and schedule a time for our benefit counselors to call you. This allows you to speak to speak to us on your schedule with no wait time.

Please notice if you want to participate in the flexible spending account or dependent care flex for the 2021 plan year YOU MUST RE-Enroll! These benefits will not carry over.
There will be a link on the enrollment portal to access the AccessAble link to make changes to your USAble term life or update your beneficiary. If you are not sure who you have listed as your beneficiary please update just to make sure it is who you want. USAble does not recommend listing a minor as the primary beneficiary.
DON'T DELAY SCHEDULE YOUR TIME TODAY!
If you do not schedule a time and you call in you may experience a longer hold time.
