Note:

1) Submission of application and payment can be done online from Monday, the 29 June, 2020 from 12.00pm.

2) Exams will be conducted online and will be remotely-proctored. 3) Candidates will be able to take the Exam from their home with a stable internet

connection and access to a computer; you will be able to take the examination from your home. 4) Details regarding specific technical requirements, instructions about the portal and other details will be communicated shortly. 5) Examinations will be held as per this schedule, notwithstanding subsequent declaration of holidays. 6) Bare Acts & any other books will not be allowed to be used during the examination. 7) There will be no change in the pattern of Question paper.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

1. Candidates who wish to appear for the examination(s) are required to register by 11:59 pm on July 15, 2020.

2. The Examination Fee is Rs. 500 per paper. 3. In case of DD, to be enclosed along with the completed examination application

form sent by post as to reach the Department on or before 15 July, 2020. 4. For further clarifications please write to us at ded@nls.ac.in .

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

1. Candidates are required to write a 100 marks examination for each paper. 3. Extension fee - Rs.5,000/- per year is to be paid after completion of 5 years of

registration. (The same has to be remitted along with the examination fee). 4. Continuation fee - Rs.2,500/- per year is to be paid after completion of 2 year of

registration. (The same has to be remitted along with the examination fee). 5. All payments (examination fee, continuation fee & extension fee whichever is

applicable) a. shall be made in a single DD, favouring NLSIU DED Courses, payable at

Bangalore and to be sent to The Director, Distance Education Department, National Law School of India University, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore:560 072 so as to reach on or before the July 15, 2020 failing which the application will not be accepted. b. Payments in cash to be made at the Corporation Bank at the NLSIU Extn Counter, on all working days (Monday to Saturday) between 10.00am and 3.30pm. (Only on I & III Saturday) c. Payment through Debit/Credit Card (service charges as applicable) can be made at the NLSIU counter from 9.30am to 4.30pm on all working days.

d. Submission of application & payment can be done online from Monday, June 29, 2020 from 12noon.

e. Please Note: - Examination fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to the next examination under any circumstance. - Last date to fill the examination form and payment of examination fee is July 15, 2020.

6. The application will be rejected if the payment of fee is not made on or before the last date fixed by the University.

7. Late applications will not be accepted.
