? If the equipment breaks down, it will be your responsibility to return it and sign out another

loaner, if one is available.

? This equipment will be added to the inventory list of your area, unit, or department, and remains

the property of Columbia University.

? Should you leave the University, the loaned equipment must be returned to the Law School IT

Helpdesk located in Jerome Greene Hall room 731.

? Computer equipment is pre-configured to conduct Columbia University business. Any additional

configurations or software installed by the user will not be supported and will be removed if it is determined to interfere with the business use of the equipment.
