• Antibiotic use – 100mg bid x 10 days • Posterior bleph and Dry eye – 50mg bid x 4‐6 weeks then – 50mg qd x 3‐6 months or indefinitely PreseptalCellulitis • Generally follows acute hordeolum – Spreads from focal, localized gland infection • Other causes: – Eyelid trauma – Insect bite ................
