Terms of Contract:

1. Exhibitors agree to provide a professional display AND A SIGN WITH THEIR BUSINESS NAME ON IT. There will be a contest for the best booth display - $100 cash prize!!!

2. NO PACKING UP BEFORE THE END OF THE SHOW!

3. Set up days are Thursday, June 15, 2017 (1-8 optional) and Friday, June 16, 2017 (8-8) Please let us know if you want to take advantage of the Thursday set up option on your application. Set up must be complete before the show opens. If rain is in the forecast, feel free to call us if you would like to set up your tent early.

4. All vehicles must be removed from booth areas into designated dealer parking area by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. There will be a parking attendant to avoid confusion. Absolutely no dealer parking in customer parking area.

5. Booth fee (non-refundable) of $150 and $75 for each additional space is due with application unless we cancel the show or your application is denied. Your booth fees pay for advertising the show, so receiving them in a timely fashion is greatly appreciated.

6. The exhibitor will not sublet any part of his/her booth without permission and approval of the show promoters of the additional vendor, who must also complete an application. There will be a $75 fee charged for each additional vendor in a booth and the ADDITIONAL VENDOR MUST BE APPROVED BY THE SHOW PROMOTERS. There will be a limit on shared booths as we feel it takes away from the quality of the show and we reserve the right to refuse any vendor from sharing a booth.

7. Each booth is allowed one (1) helper – this does not include family members or a vendor who is sharing the booth with you. ALL vendors and helpers MUST have a name tag, so please fill out the appropriate section of the application in advance.

8. The exhibitor is responsible for his or her own insurance bodily injury, property damage and product coverage. The field will be monitored and secured after set up.

9. Exhibitors must provide their own tents and tables.

10. Applications are due by March 1, 2017 in order to hold your spot.

Walker Homestead will provide advertising on websites and in publications such as A Simple Life Magazine, Our Town, The Journal of Antiques & Collectibles, New England Antiques Journal, The Newtown Bee, Maine Antiques Digest and various sites on the internet and local newspaper calendars. We will provide you with postcards to mail and hand out to your customers. We will do a direct mailing to our mailing list and provide e-mail notification to our e-mail list.

All vendors are invited to our Vendor Dinner on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in our home. We hope you will join us~

Only country antiques and handmade primitive dealers will be accepted and no imports. Please include 4 photos of your booth display with application. This is a juried show and we reserve the right to deny any applicant.
