This contract is made between ________________________________ (hereafter known as the Client) and Mari Maids house cleaning services (also known as contractor) The Client desires to have move-out vacancy cleaning services performed upon the Client's premises located at _______________________________________________________________ This cleaning service will prepare the interior of the premises to be occupied by new tenants. We do not clean carpets, do repairs or paint. Mari Maids will clean the following: Ceiling fixtures and fans, walls, doors, door jambs, sliding glass doors inside and out and door tracks, light switches, interior windows, window tracks, vacuum carpets, sweep-mop all hard surface floors, kitchen cabinets interior and exterior, refrigerator interior and exterior, refrigerator will be move to clean in back of and underneath refrigerator, oven interior and exterior, kitchen sink and fixtures, bathroom toilets, sinks, tubs and showers and all baseboards. Mari Maids asks that the client conduct a final inspection, when cleaning has been completed, and before the workers leave the premises. At this time, if the client finds anything unsatisfactory or incomplete cleaning the client will bring to the attention of the worker in charge and the unsatisfactory or incomplete work will be redone.

Costs of these cleaning services are calculated on $30/hour per worker. (Example: 3 workers working 3 hours will total 9 hours @ $30/hour or $270.00.)
