Program Manager (Cass Apartments), Full-time regular (40 hours per week)Antisdale ApartmentsPosting Date: 6/19/2020The Program Manager will be responsible for the case management of fifty single men and women who are homeless and disabled as well as maintain the upkeep of both buildings (Antisdel and Brady). Case management will assist tenants with maintaining housing including but not limited to: tenant's roles and responsibilities, life skills, and any other goals identified by the tenant. The?position?also includes supervision of support staff and security staff. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:Oversee all 50 consumer files for Cass House. Program Manager will audit at least 5 files weekly and provide feedback as needed to Resident Manager on any updates, suggestions, or changes to files. This feedback should occur on at least a bi-weekly plete all orientation information and documentation with new residents within 48 hours after they meet with the Housing Specialist and plete and submit all discharge paperwork within 48 hours of an exit or eviction.Follow-up on all maintenance requests submitted to Continental’s Property Manager or CCSS Facilities’ Director. All maintenance request will be organized in a binder and checked weekly for completion.Contact and follow-up with all outside companies/contractors for any work that needs to be plete and submit all incident reports and Recipient Rights complaints to Pat Green within 24 hours of incident. File all reports in appropriate binder. Assist with all Cass House community meeting agendas and meetings plete all monthly simulation drills and file in appropriate binder. Ensure all staff members are completing these drills and checklist as well as them being emailed to Sue Pethoud monthly.Provide supervision to direct staff by setting schedules, finding adequate coverage, conducting monthly staff meetings, completing monthly supervision, perform annual performance evaluations, complete payroll, ensure quality services, and recommend for hire and termination to the Director.Request and pick-up PSH packets from the Coordinated Assessment Module (CAM) in a timely manner to fill all vacancies.Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all Continental employees while working with the Property Manager on a weekly basis to ensure residents keep their housing, pay rent monthly, etc. All final decisions will be discussed with Director.Conduct interviews with another Program Manager to fulfill all vacant positions. Complete all HR documentation and submit it to HR once the interview process is complete.Schedule, prepare agendas and conduct staff meetings monthly. Utilize HMIS to track and manage residents’ files to ensure all information is up to date on a monthly basis.Prepare APR Reports monthly and annually.Attend and participate in monthly CQI meetings.Program Manager will complete all eviction prevention plans and recommend any terminations of leases to Director.Ensure all maintenance and supply orders are picked up from the World Building.Assist in facilitating resident’s access to treatment facilities, mental health services, etc.Establish networking and professional relationships with other organizations that will benefit the residents at Cass Apartments.Order and retrieve all bus tickets needed monthly or as needed.Maintain and monitor staff log book on a daily plete and submit all necessary forms, consumer files, statistical information, etc. required by the agency and funding sources as needed.Work with the Director on budgets as well as securing and maintaining plete and submit all check request for program materials, repairs, etc. to Director for approval.Attend All Agency plete all annual and bi-annual VCE trainings.Attend all other meetings or trainings as assigned.Represent the agency in a professional and courteous manner at all times.Carry out other relevant duties, and/or staff support as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION – High School Diploma, with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred, and/or equivalent life/service experience.EXPERIENCE – Must possess supervisory experience.
