Group Wine Tasting Options

Interested in reserving a time to bring your friends in for a wine tasting event at Jazz Cellars? We offer 3 different options for pre-reserved tastings:

1. Cellar Club Member Private Group Tastings ? for our Cellar Club members and their guests (private ? during off-hours)

2. Private Group Tastings (private ? during our off-hours)

3. Group Wine Tasting Reservations (not private ? during normal tasting room business hours, but with a reserved table)

All 3 of these options require advance reservations. Here are the details for each option. We are happy to work with you to customize your visit.

CELLAR CLUB MEMBER PRIVATE GROUP TASTINGS

? FREE to Cellar Club Members, one appointment annually per membership ? 4 Guest minimum, 8 Guest Maximum ? Includes a tasting room professional to serve your party exclusively ? By reservation only, outside of normal business hours ? Reservations offered between 4 ? 6 pm on Mondays, 12 ? 1 pm or 6 ? 7 pm on Fridays

and 11 am ? 12 pm or 5 ? 7 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Private tastings on TuesThurs will be considered upon request. ? Tasting includes up to 6 Jazz Cellars Wines from our current tasting list ? Special requests for wines not on the current list may be purchased and poured at 30% discount, two bottle limit ? Your TR professional concierge can arrange for appetizers from our local restaurant catering list. Member is responsible for food cost ? Secure your reservation by sending an email request to info@ including your requested date, time, the number in your group and any special requests for wine, food, music, etc.

? $100 flat rate paid at time of reservation confirmation ? 2 Guest minimum, 10 Guest Maximum ? Includes a tasting room professional to serve your party exclusively ? By reservation only, event must occur outside of normal business hours ? Reservations offered between 4 ? 6 pm on Mondays, 12 ? 1 pm or 6 ? 7 pm on Fridays

and 11 am ? 12 pm or 5 ? 7 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Tasting includes up to 6 Jazz Cellars Wines from our current tasting list ? Special requests for wines not on the current list may be purchased and poured for you and your guests ? Your TR professional concierge can arrange for appetizers from our local restaurant catering list. Member is responsible for food cost ? Cancellations or changes must be made with a minimum 3 days in advance or fee is nonrefundable ? Secure your reservation by sending an email request to info@ including your requested date, time, the number in your group and any special requests for wine, food, music, etc.

GROUP WINE TASTINGS

? $10 fee per person, must be paid at time of reservation confirmation ? 4 Guest minimum, 8 Guest Maximum ? Tasting includes up to 6 Jazz Cellars Wines from our current tasting list ? Reservations are made during business hours only, no guarantee of a dedicated tasting

room professional to serve your party exclusively ? Tables can be reserved, by request ? Cancellations or changes must be made with a minimum 48 hours in advance or fee is

non-refundable ? Secure your reservation by sending an email request to info@ including

your requested date, time and the number in your group (tasting room hours are posted on our website under the "Visit" tab)
