Downloading and Saving Consent Videos on iPad devices:1) Ensure that the device is connected to your WiFi2) Click open the 'Settings' icon on your device and tap on the 'iTunes & App Store' tab listed on the left side of the screen.3) Log out of the 'point+00263@' account4) Enter Apple ID: point.study.video@ Password: Point2014 (the ‘P’ here needs to be capitalized)6) Once you have either logged onto the POINT account, you can close out of Settings, click open the 'App Store' icon and search for the Documents 5 app7) Download the Documents 5 app.8) Open the Documents 5 app once the download is complete.9) Click on the Network tab10) Click on “Add Account” and then choose the “Google Drive” option.11) The log-in credentials for this shared Google account are:E-mail: point.study.video@Password: point2014This is a shared e-mail account. Please don’t reset the password!12) When prompted to verify your identity, enter the phone number: 415-216-995013) Click on the blue “Accept” button on the lower right side of the next screen.14) Click on the ‘point.study.video@’ google drive account you just created.15) When you click on any of the files listed, they will be saved onto the “Downloads” folder under the Documents tab.16) To view the study videos or knowledge assessment, click on the Documents tab and then open the “Downloads” folder. 17) Tap on any of the files you’ve saved here to open them.18) Once the videos and knowledge assessment have finished downloading they can be stored and viewed in the Documents 5 app with or without a Wifi connection.If you encounter any problems during the process of downloading/installing the Documents 5 application, please contact the individual listed below for assistance:Sundary SankaranResearch Analyst415-502-7309sundary.sankaran@ucsf.edu ................
