ADULT 18-24 CHECKLIST: If you are 18-24 years of age and have completed adult driver's education.

ADULT 25+ CHECKLIST: If you are an adult 25 years or older.

TEEN STUDENT DRIVER'S CHECKLIST You are geting ready to schedule your Road Test. Things to remember are:

?must be 16 years of age ?must have held your permit for 6 months (Eligibility found on back of permit) ?must have completed the Driver's Ed Course ?payment is due at the time you make the appointment; call for pricing or visit our website. ?If you have a restriction on your permit, remember your glasses or contacts.

On the day of your scheduled Road Test you must bring the following things with you:

A LEGAL parent/guardian

Current V.O.E. (verification of enrollment) from the school you attend. (Example: Burleson High School, Crowley High School, etc)

Learner's Permit (NOT EXPIRED)

DE-964 Completion (if you took the class with BDA we will have yours on file) Parent taught ONLY: Bring PT-964, your classroom and in car instruction log)

30-hour log

Your glasses or contacts if applicable.*

You must bring ALL required items from the checklist to your scheduled Road Test appointment. If you are unable to keep your Road Test appointment, we MUST have 24 hours notice so that we may fill the vacancy OR the test fee will be required to reschedule your Road Test Appointment.
