Are you a veteran interested in a career in the trades?

Apprenticeship programs provide paid, on-the-job training to gain skills in different trades. You can become a carpenter, electrician, welder, roofer, or many other trades -- and earn while you learn!

Apprenticeship opportunities The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries registers and supports high paying, structured apprenticeship programs that combine on the job training and related classroom instruction. These programs are in many fields, including building and construction, manufacturing, industrial, health care, and information technology.

We are here for you Veterans Outreach Coordinator Aaron Unpingco provides career counseling, technical assistance, representation, and advocacy for all veterans and members of the Oregon National Guard and Reserve components of the armed forces seeking to be apprentices in the trades.
