• Brand X Tracking, reliability tracking of non-Honeywell products. Cost of tracking is mainly in the application structure as opposed to the input process. Providing there is a market we are in a good position to track non-Honeywell component un-scheduled removals. Joe Casper.

• Airline Reliability Exceptions, the collection, analysis, and reporting of Airline “exceptions” as opposed to “data”. This system would capture and store exceptions such as Component Over-alerts, Delay and Cancellation drivers, Pilot Report Drivers. The thought being that with finite resources it may make more business sense to track exceptions as opposed to tracking data/developing exceptions. Joe Casper

• Airline Customer Differentiators (Maintenance). Storing select airlines, select components scheduled maintenance requirements. E.g. American Airlines, soft time shop-visit of MD11 Thrust Reverser System LRUs at C check with threshold of 24, 000 FHs. This information aids in understanding why Airline “X” reliability differs from Airline “Y”. Assists Honeywell engineering in developing optimum workscopes and facilitating maintainability studies. Storing this type of information also cuts down on ad-hoc requests to Airlines. Joe Casper
