Sponsorship Package Options

In addition to displaying your products during the Trade Show, the ATOA is offering every exhibitor the opportunity to be represented at different sponsorship levels. This is a unique opportunity to have your company prominently represented at the 2020 Training Conference in Little Rock, AR.

Diamond Sponsorship - $1500.00

• Platinum Level sponsor package

• Participation in Range Demo event. (Oct. 6th, 2020 @ 1900) (Food will be served between 1800-1900)

Platinum Sponsorship - $1200.00

• 2 Tables at Trade show

• 1 Full Page ad in the ATOA Conference Brochure

• Company Logo on the ATOA website in Platinum Sponsor section with link to company webpage

o Logo rotation on each web page banner

• Conference Room Banner – (Mandatory attendance by registered students) provided by your company

• Logo on Training trailer (enclosed equipment trailer present at all ATOA sponsored events)

o Adhesive decals must be provided to ATOA (free installation)

• Vendor hospitality night (finger food and drink provided) (Vendors, instructors, and ATOA staff only)

• Stage time during the conference to showcase company and/or a specific product

Gold Sponsorship - $750.00

• 1 Table at Trade show

• ½ page ad in Conference Brochure

• Company Logo on the ATOA website in Gold Sponsor section with link to company webpage

• Vendor hospitality night (finger food and drink provided) (Vendors, instructors, and ATOA staff only)

Silver Sponsorship - $350.00

• 1 Table at Trade show

• Company listing in Conference Brochure

• Company listing in vendor section of website

• Vendor hospitality night (finger food and drink provided) (Vendors, instructors, and ATOA staff only)
