Description: A Personal Financial Record (PFR) maintained on each

active duty military member per AR 37-104-3, prior to conversion of

the military pay record to automation. The PFR includes monthly

Leave & Earnings Statements (LESs) and other pay documents and

data as prescribed in AR 37-104-3, Chapter 5.

Disposition: Transfer to FRC Dayton following individual member

PFR conversion to an automated military pay record. Destroy when

56 years old.
