December 2, 2009, the Commission enacted its resolution

placing Mrs. Lawson on the exclusion list as a result of

her having pled guilty in federal court to theft of

government funds, which is a felony involving moral

turpitude.

Mrs. Lawson was sentenced to 37 months in

confinement, followed by supervised release for three

years.
