The following is a list of mandated reports for the 2008-2009 school year that districts must file with the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE). Under A.C.A. § 6-20-2202, if these reports are not submitted to the ADE in a timely manner, state aid could be withheld from the district.

The Statewide Information System (SIS) data collected through APSCN is also required in order to produce other mandated reports. The SIS report cycle submission dates are included under Required Electronic Data Submission Schedule in this memo. Specific data requirements are listed on the APSCN Web Site at .

This list does not include any required vocational reports or reports required by any other agency.
