DRIVER EDUCATION

INFORMATION and REGISTRATION MEETING

LAST CHANCE SIGN UP Wednesday, May 29 @7pm

in the Large Group Instruction Room (1432) at Arlington High School

(park and enter building on the northwest side). Present sophomores, juniors and seniors with a valid permit or driver's license are eligible to participate. This meeting must be attended by both student and parent/guardian.

The fee for the course is $450.00 (non-Arlington students $490.00) payable by check to Arlington Central School District, and is due at this registration meeting. Students wishing to pay by credit card may do so: and bring their receipt with them to the meeting.

Session 5: July 22 ? August 12 from 8:30 ? 11:30pm Session 6: July 22 ? August 12 from 10am ? 1pm This course is good for those who will be taking a 7:30am summer school class.

Classes will be held daily (M-F). The program consists of 16 hour and a half lecture classes and 16 hour and a half driving classes. Students accepted into the program must attend ALL scheduled classes and driving lessons. Note: Class times/sections are dependent on enrollment numbers.

Kindly complete the form attached, making sure to mark your first, second, and third choices, and bring it to registration on May 29, with your learner's permit or driver's license, and payment.

Note: If you do not have your permit by the registration meeting, as long as you have your permit 2 weeks prior to the first day of the session you wish to sign up for, you may still register for the summer session.
