Changed format from Acid Rock to Classic Rock to suit the areas demographics. Freshen imaging for the AM station playing a County format. Morning Show host on both stations. Repaired many relationships with the community and doubled the stations revenue with increased sales. With that money I have hired and trained local on air talent, Account Executives, a Receptionist, and Sports Director. Operations Manager has taken the GM role, back over. I am still employed with blessing to seek another position.
