This semester, we will be preparing and serving a meal to these families on the following dates:Friday, September 21 @ 5-8 pmFriday, October 26 @ 5-8 pmFriday, November 9 @ 5-8 pmDecember date TBDIn addition to the time commitment listed, volunteers will also have to contribute an ingredient for the meal and join a group chat before their assigned date or else they won’t be allowed to volunteer.Key Club members wishing to volunteer for any of these dates must register at (link also available on website) no later than Saturday, September 16. Only five people will be selected for each date and preference will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have any questions, contact Isha Yooseph at ishayooseph@Pop-Tab CollectionIn addition to preparing meals for the Ronald McDonald House, we will also be collecting pop-tabs for them. The Ronald McDonald House gets money for these pop-tabs and then uses it to fund their charity. One service hour will be offered for every 200 pop-tabs members bring in. No more than two service hours can be earned this way each semester.HOPE helps Thrift StoreAnother great way to get hours (not just for key club) is to sign up for a shift at the HOPE helps Thrift Store. They have slots open every weekday for volunteering and to get more information or any necessary forms, just go to this website: Service ProjectsKey Club will be participating in many other service projects this year. The projects listed in this packet are not the only ones. More information to come.DCONDCON stands for the District Conference of all Key Clubs in Florida and it’s an event in April every year.
