CALL TO ORDER

Mr. Nowell called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

REVIEW OF MINUTES

The Board reviewed the minutes of the March 25, 2008 meeting. Ms. Harris made a motion, seconded by Mr. Smith, to approve the minutes as presented. The motion was unanimously carried.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Review Proposed Changes to Rules and Regulations

The Public Hearing regarding the proposed changes to Rule and Regulation 1.2.3 has been scheduled for the May 27, 2008 Board meeting.

Ms. Burris made a motion, seconded by Ms. Harris, to approve licensure by examination for the following persons:

Review of PT/PTA/AT Applications by Reciprocity

Ms. Burris made a motion, seconded by Ms. Harris, to approve licensure by reciprocity for the following persons:

Karen Yuen (PT)

The motion was unanimously carried.

Review of PTA Application for Examination

The application of Ronald Lorca to sit for the PTA examination was reviewed. Ms. Burris made a motion, seconded by Ms. Harris, to propose to deny the application of Ronald Lorca because he did not provide any documentation that he is a graduate of a PTA program. The motion was unanimously carried.

Ms. Smith made a motion, seconded by Mr. Smith, to approve the following continuing education courses:

The 2008 FSBPT annual meeting will be held on September 11-15, 2008 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Holland will attend as the voting delegate. Ms. Daniello will consider attending as the alternate delegate.

Other Business Before the Board (for discussion only)

It was decided that the Rules and Regulations Subcommittee will hold their next meeting after the June Board meeting.

Next Scheduled Meeting

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, first floor of the Cannon Building, 861 Silver Lake Boulevard, Dover, Delaware.

There being no further business, Ms. Harris made a motion, seconded by Ms. Burris, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was unanimously carried. The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
