The report is about the global entertainment concept themes of Disney Corporation. It is composed of three distinct concepts. Our Disney’s product chosen is the division of theme park and resorts, categories which will include: Disneyland World Resort (U.S.); Disneyland Hong Kong (H.K.); and Disney Cruise Line. The report’s purpose describes Disney’s brand using their multiple entertainment products to be applied to the following structure of internal analysis; the external enviroment analysis of the PESTLE factors; SWOT analysis; marketing strategy of segmentation; and the marketing mix.

2. Company Background.

The product levels include the basic concept being about entertainment experiences, and the generic product for each category varies depending on its external qualities such colour, styles of the actual props for a show. The augmented product will mean having the services to support the product such as services and customer care. The product lifecycle (PLC) stages for its Disneyland World Resort is in the mature stage as product has been around, Disneyland Paris and H.K. in the growth stage adding more themes, and Disney cruise line is starting to decline with varying cruise line competitors. These product types are inter-related in the PLC as any new introductory or innovative products may affect the others growth.
