Basic principles The information offered on ORG.aw:

? Aims to inform residents of Aruba and professionals as objectively as possible on the total supply in the field of health & care, labor & income, sports & recreation, social support & housing, art & culture, school & education, environment & animals and neighborhood development

? Is free from political, religious, racist, violent or pornographic messages ? Does not conflict with applicable laws and regulations nor with generally accepted standards

of morality

These basic principles are also applicable to the provider's website(s) that are linked to ORG.aw and any website(s) that are linked to from these pages.

Data registration criteria Data to be registered and registered data and the person / organization offering this data must comply with the following guidelines:

? The provider must be established on Aruba ? The provider must offer services that are directly focused on the welfare and development of

Aruba ? The provider is registered at the Chamber of Commerce or has a generally valid institution

document. In case of an action group / neighborhood initiative the provider has a document in which the members and the purpose of the action group / the neighborhood initiative are listed ? The provider must operate in one of the areas mentioned in the above principles ? Commercial parties who meet the above criteria may register in the Community Guide. To this end, they must be able to present a statement of fiscal behavior ? The provider declares that the submitted information is correct and complete, and accepts joint responsibility to keep the information accurate and complete

In cases where the above guidelines are inconclusive CEDE Aruba decides on the registration.

Usage of the data The data which is offered on ORG.aw is intended for use by all visitors of ORG.aw. This data is freely available for re-use in third party applications, provided that the objective is broadly identical with the purpose of ORG.aw and there are no commercial motives.

Monitoring and updating data Periodically, organizations that are registered on ORG.aw receive a request to check the entered organization data and if necessary modify it. This is done in order to ensure the high quality (accuracy and reliability) of the data on ORG.aw. Proposals for the addition or removal of data can be done by all parties. The decision to downsize or expand the data set is reserved for CEDE Aruba.

Responsibilities CEDE Aruba and collaborating partners Registering or not-registering of data in the database of ORG.aw implies no value judgment of CEDE Aruba and/or collaborating partners regarding the accuracy of the data or products. CEDE Aruba and/or the partners concerned will strive to ensure that the information provided is as up to date as possible, by for example, conducting the final editing of the data entered. CEDE Aruba and/or its partners can not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. CEDE Aruba and/or the partners in question are therefore not responsible for the accuracy of the data on ORG.aw.

Domain name The provider agrees to the creation of an individual subdomain under ORG.aw, being its own web address that is directly linked to the organization profile. The web address will look like this: .org.aw.

If the provider has its own website, provider declares that the website will be preserved.

Costs for participating in ORG.aw To date, no fee will be charged to the providers of data on ORG.aw. After evaluation, depending on the use and effectiveness, a symbolic yearly contribution intended for maintenance of the Community Guide may be considered. This will ofcourse be discussed ahead of time with the providers.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions A request for registration of one's organization data on ORG.aw automatically implies that provider agrees to these terms and conditions.
