? Agreements for sites marked with an asterisk (*) do not expire. ? If the agreement for a site has an expiration date, the date is noted.

HCA Healthcare / ClinicianNexus

? LU and HCA have an agreed-upon template for rotations. HCA rotations must be processed through the ClinicianNexus online portal. They will generate the agreement once the student doctor has accepted the rotation with HCA. Student doctors do not need to submit an affiliation request for HCA hospitals when working through ClinicianNexus, as they will contact LUCOMAffiliations.

VSAS/VSLO ? Institutions that use VSAS/VSLO typically do not require an affiliation agreement, and no affiliation request form is needed. However, there are some sites that may still require that an affiliation agreement be in place prior to the student starting an elective. If a site requires an agreement with us, they will reach out to LUCOM once the student has been accepted.
