LITIGATION COST PROTECTION (LCP)

Litigation Cost Protection (LCP) is an indemnity insurance product designed for plaintiffs' attorneys that advance litigation costs on behalf of plaintiffs to cover the loss of litigation costs only in the event of a total loss (zero dollar recovery) following a trial verdict rendered in favor of the defendant.

This product coverages costs only; not attorney's fees. The purchase of this insurance must be effectuated no later than sixty (60) days after service of suit.
