Payment Options
In an effort to give homeowner’s an option for the payment of your association’s monthly fees, Taylor Management Company offers three methods of payment. The three options are; sending a check to our post office box, lock box, direct debit or on line payment. Payments to your association for maintenance, special assessments or any amount due on your account can be made in the following manner:
• Option One: Check
Mail your check made payable to your Association with your account number in the memo field. Please enclose your remittance and mail your payment to Taylor Management Company’s lockbox at:

Payments to the lockbox are picked up twice a day, morning and afternoon to be processed and posted to your account.
• Option Two: Direct Debit
Direct Debit payments can be made by requesting an application from Taylor Management Company at 973-267-9000 Ext. 343, or by sending in the application in your coupon book if you are an association that receives coupon books for your month maintenance.
• Option Three: On Line Payment :
Payment to your association can be made through Taylor Management Company’s website at . using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or you checking account number. All payments have a convenience fee of $9.95 to make your payment on line. This fee is for the service provider for the on line payments, not Taylor Management Company.

Select and highlight your property
If you have not used the system, you will need to create a login as directed on the screen. Your name must be put in the system exactly how it appears on either your statement or coupon book. Once you have established your user name and pass code, proceed to the next step. Write down your pass code for future use.
Select a payment option. (Master Card, Visa, Discover or Bank Account)
Follow the on line procedures to submit the payment
