1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions; however, to the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail. By participating in The Drive Aston Martin Promotion (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, who are 25 years of age and over ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner provides proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

4. The Promotion commences on Friday 2 November 2012 at 12.01am (ADST) and concludes on Friday 14 December 2012 at 11.59pm (ADST) (Promotion Period).

5. To enter this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period go to .au and complete the Entry Form, including the provision of 4 words which best describes "Driving an Aston Martin".

One entry per household will be allowed in this Promotion. Additional entries will be granted to each eligible entrant, for each referred friend who also completes the entry form and provides the 4 words which best describes "Driving an Aston Martin".

6. The judging of all Eligible Entrants will take place at 3.00pm (ADST) on Monday 17 December 2012 at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW, 2089. The most creative and apt entry, as judged by an independent panel of judges, will be the winner of the promotion (Winner).

7. The Winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the judging and their name will be published on the drive website: .au and in the Australian Financial Review on Friday 28 December 2012.

8. The Prize Selection.

The Winner of the judging will be flown to Sydney from their nearest capital city and transported to the Fairfax Media Publications office at 1 Darling Island Road, Pyrmont, Sydney on 8 January 2013. At 12 noon the Winner may then select one envelope from a choice of 100 and will win that envelope's contents ie. either a cheque made out to Trivett Aston Martin for $300,000 to purchase the Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe Grand Prize, or the "European Holiday Prize", valued at a maximum of $10,000. The maximum retail value of both prizes is $310,000, which is correct as at 2 November 2012. The Winner is only eligible to win one prize.

The contents of all envelopes will be revealed to the Winner after the Winner has chosen their prize. The chance of a Winner selecting the Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe Grand Prize is one in

one hundred. In the case that a Winner is unable to attend the `envelope selection' at the Fairfax Media office, they may appoint a proxy to attend and choose an envelope in their absence, or may request that a representative of the Promoter choose the envelope on their behalf.

9. The Prizes.

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe Grand Prize includes:.

If the Winner selects the envelope containing the Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe Grand Prize, their prize will be in the form of a cheque for $300,000 made payable to Trivett Aston Martin Sydney for the following:

The manual V8 Vantage Coupe. The colour of the vehicle is based on availability at Trivett Aston Martin.

Dealer Charges.

Stamp duty in the Winner's State.

12 month's Registration & CTP.

Transport of the vehicle to the Winner's residence if the Winner lives outside the Sydney metropolitan area.

Note: the Winner will be responsible for the comprehensive Insurance.

Total maximum retail value is $300,000.

The European Holiday Prize includes:

? Return Economy airfares for 2 adults, including all taxes, for the Winner and their travel companion from the Winner's nearest Australian capital city to Lisbon, Portugal and then to London. The return trip will be from London directly back to the Winner's Australian capital city.

? 2 night's twin share accommodation at the Palacio Estoril Hotel & Spa, Estoril, Portugal with 2 breakfasts, and 3 night's twin share accommodation at the Langham Hotel in London, with 3 breakfasts. Both these hotels were locations in James Bond Movies.

? Hire of a car for three days in Portugal, including Insurance which will reduce the excess to the lowest amount possible, but not eliminated. The Winner will be provided funds to pay for the car hire themselves. The Winner will be responsible for any damage, fines or fees which may be incurred outside the Hire Contract. The driver will be asked to provide a credit card to cover any possible costs outside the Hire Contract. The driver will need to collect and deliver the car back at an agreed location in Lisbon. The hiring of the car is subject to booking availabilities and the conditions of the hire company. $500 will be provided for petrol.

The maximum retail value of the European Holiday Prize is $10,000.

The travel portion of the European Holiday Prize must be booked and completed by 17 December 2013 and is subject to booking availabilities of all portions.

The Winner and their nominated travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart

from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure. Air tickets are for economy travel on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. The flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airline's departure city and their current flight schedule.

Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline in respect of flights awarded under this Promotion. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, which may be used in relation to incidental charges (which are not included in the Prize).

Once accommodation is paid for, changes are not permitted. It is the travellers' personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travellers.

The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Travel must be taken at the time specified by the Promoter and must coincide with the dates specified in these terms and conditions.

If the Winner and their travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date, or do not take a portion of the European Holiday Prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that portion of the prize will be forfeited by the Winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or any portion thereof with the exception of the petrol allowance to the value of $500.

Changes and cancellations to any booking may be subject to fees payable by the Winner. Unless otherwise specified, spending money, meals, taxes (other than airline/airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included and are the responsibility of the Winner. Unless otherwise stated in the prize details, flights are based on departures from a pre-determined airport, detailed within the prize details.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If any part of the European Holiday Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any law or written directions from a regulatory authority.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a Winner does not claim, use or accept this prize at or within the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited by the Winner.

10. If the prize is unclaimed by 10am (AEST) 25 March 2013, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 2pm (AEST) on 26 March 2013 at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089, in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject to State regulations. The winner, resulting from the unclaimed prize draw will be notified via email and telephone of their prize and their name will be published on .au and in the Australian Financial Review on 29 March 2013.

11. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and associated agencies disclaim liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury that is suffered or sustained in connection with any participant's participation in this Promotion or the acceptance of either prize.

12. The Winner indemnifies the Promoter, its employees and associated agencies against any liability, injury, loss or damage which may be suffered, incurred or sustained by the Promoter, its employees or associated agencies arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with, any act or omission (including negligence) by the Winner.

13. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter or its agents for late, lost or misdirected email.

14. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

16. The Promoter collects personal information from all participants in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not participate in the Promotion or claim the Prize. Their entry will be discarded. It is a condition of entry into the Promotion that the Winner consents to the publication of their name and city of origin in any advertisements or articles relating to the Promotion or the Prize and participates in any media releases, which may include photographs of the Winner by the Promoter.

17. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to sign up to The Driver's Seat Newsletter as well as receive promotional information from all Fairfax Brands or Prize partners who are involved in this Promotion.
