Billing and Payment Method – Fido Internet

|Follow this procedure to change payment method. |

|This transaction can be completed by the customer on Fido.ca. |

|Cash, debit, credit card or cheque cannot be processed in store for Fido Internet bill payment. |

|Only one-time payment, pre-authorized credit cards or pre-authorized banking is allowed for Fido Internet. |

1. Find Customer

| |Dealer Code |

|Accept Customer Information Security message | |

|Find customer |Enter Account number or CTN |

| |Postal Code |

| |Click SEARCH |

| |If customer is not a wireless customer and doesn’t have their account|

| |number, click Advanced Search and search by name or address. |

|Confirm that customer has been identified with an official piece of |Customer Dashboard will display. |

|Under Customer Dashboard “Internet”, click View. |

2. Change Payment Method

|Click on INTERNET and click on BILLING AND PAYMENTS and select the | |

|Choose preferred payment method: | |

|Pre-authorized credit card | |

|Pre-authorized chequing | |

|Enter customer credit card or bank information and click UPDATE. |Make sure to swipe the credit card in the encryption device when |
