Pay Now / One-time Payment (Credit Card) – Fido Internet

| Description  |

|Follow this procedure to make an immediate payment by credit card directly in customer account. |

|This one-time payment option is only available by credit card. |

|If customer would like to sign up for pre-authorized payment by credit card or bank account (PAC), refer to the procedure Billing and |

|Payment Method in SSP. |

|If the service is suspended temporarily, note that the payment might not lift the suspension. Contact EOS, as different account status could |

|have different suspension. |

|Cash, debit, credit card or cheques cannot be processed in store for Fido Internet bill payment. |

|Only one-time payment, pre-authorized credit cards or pre-authorized banking is allowed for Fido Internet. |

1. Find Customer

|Accept Customer Information Security message | |

|Find customer |Enter Account number or CTN |

| |Postal Code |

| |Click SEARCH |

| |If customer is not a wireless customer and doesn’t have their account|

| |number, click Advanced Search and search by name or address. |

|Authenticate the customer with a valid government issued ID and click|Identification documents (make sure you are logged into SSP before |

|Continue. |clicking on this link) |

|Under Customer Dashboard “Internet”, click View. |

2. Make a Payment

|On the Overview page, click on the PAY NOW button. It will bring you | |

|to the MAKE A PAYMENT NOW screen. | |

|Enter payment amount and information in the dedicated fields. | |
