This presentation tells you how to access and navigate the performance reports for AT&T Network Functions on Demand. These reports are delivered by the Business Reports & Information tool.

Get performance measurements for AT&T Network Functions on Demand

Measurements provided by the tool

COS ? Provides queue performance measurements per COS (class of service). Interface ? Provides measurements obtained from the customer edge virtual

router (vRouter) for three types of interfaces: WANs, LANs, and VLANs. vRouter ? Provides measurements on CPU and memory usage for the virtual

router's routing processor and its forwarding processor. IP to IP (Site to Site) ? Provides end-to-end performance at the class of service (COS) level for

pre-determined pairs of customer sites.

Accessing the tool

View Business Reports & Information

1. Go to businesscenter. and log

in with your user name and password.

2. On the Business Center dashboard,

locate the BusinessDirect? widget.

Click the down arrow for Network

Management.
