Get a PPAC Registration Form at the meeting on November 6, 2018. Deadline for Returning Completed PPAC RMP Registration Form: December 1, 2018.2. Go to auburn.edu/aed and follow directions to subscribe to the AED listserv.3. Bring or have mailed copies of unofficial transcripts from schools attended other than Auburn. Note: Make copies of these transcripts for yourself so you can complete the PPAC GPA Worksheet. Deadline for receipt of transcript(s) from other schools: December 1, 2018.3. Work on your personal statement, using the suggestions on the PPAC and professional school websites.4. Email Mrs. Childress by December 1, 2018 if you are applying to a Rural Medical Program in 2019.5. Schedule an appointment with Mrs. Childress to get details about the PPAC Resume. Note: RMP applicants get access to the PPAC Resume when PPAC receives a completed registration form and transcripts from colleges attended other than pleting the PPAC Resume, Interviewing and Completing the RMP Application (January-February 2019)1. Bring the PPAC Resume to SCC 239, Monday through Thursday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., starting on January 9. Deadline for RMP Applicants to Submit PPAC Resume: Wednesday, January 16, 2019.2. Set an appointment with Ms. Childress to pick up your evaluation materials after Ms. Walker emails you. 3. Begin interviews in January so all evaluation forms and letters are in your folder by March 1, 2019.4. Tell each evaluator to return the original PPAC form and signed one-page letter on letterhead directly to PPAC.5. Take admission tests so the FINAL scores for this application cycle are in your folder by March 1, 2019.6. Grant access to the scores to Mrs. Childress when registering and/or on your test date.7. Bring/mail an MCAT Score Report showing scores with percentiles from ALL test dates by March 1, 2019.8. Work on the Rural Medical Program Application when it opens in mid-January.9. Bring/mail a complete copy of the RMP Application to PPAC by March 1, 2019. Note: Ms. Walker will email you when items are received for your folder except for the letters from AU PPAC mittee Review and Letter Transmission (March 2019)1. A complete PPAC file contains all admission test scores for this application cycle; evaluation forms and letters from the evaluators you chose and one copy of the Rural Medical Program Application.2. Look for a message from Ms. Walker confirming that your file is complete and under committee review. Note: PPAC will begin reviewing complete files on March 1. Committee review may take a week. Deadline for receipt of required documents: March 1, 2019 (for uploading of your letters by March 15, 2019)3. Complete and return the PPAC Letter Request Form, when sent, to ensure prompt uploading of your letters.4. Know that files incomplete on March 1 will not be reviewed for this application cycle so letters will not be uploaded. ................
