PPAC Resume DirectionsType your name in the top right corner of every page that does not show it. Use Times New Roman 12 point font for all pages except page one.1. Page 1: Complete and print the biographical profile sheet in the pdf file titled PPAC Resume 2022. Use abbreviations for lengthy fields such as address or majors; do not list minors. Use this format for the dates in Schools Attended (8/19-5/20) to indicate the first month and year and last month and year you attended; do not list schools more than once. Include Auburn University and all other colleges attended in the list including dual enrollment. List admission tests and dates like this: MCAT: (8/12/19, 2/5/20). 2. Pages 2 and 3: Work and Activities Pages (Limited to two pages). List significant work and extracurricular activities. List repeated experiences only once. Tell what you learned and how you grew from the experiences.List type of activity: Artistic Endeavor, Community Service, Leadership, Paid Employment, Shadowing, Presentation, Research, Teaching or Tutoring, Varsity Athletics, etc.List your title, participation dates and total hours for the activity.List the organization and location and write a brief description of what you did and what you learned from the activity.Here is an example.Type: Non-medical Community Service Title: VolunteerDates: 2/19-7/20 Total Hours: 100Organization and Location: Project Uplift, Auburn University, Auburn, ALDescription: Project Uplift is a service organization that involves mentoring disadvantaged children as a “big brother or sister.” I met with two children two times per month and helped them with homework. Page 6: PPAC GPA Worksheet (Follow separate directions at auburn.edu/aed under PPAC to complete this document.) 6. Submitting the PPAC Resume (Deadline: January 29, 2021) Complete the resume as soon as possible. Include a 2”x 2” photo (business professional attire) in a Ziploc bag. Put all pages of the resume in a folder with pockets. Write your name and email address on a label on the top right corner. Meet with Ms. Hamilton by Zoom because she must review your resume before you officially submit it. Mail your PPAC Resume to PPAC, 239 SCC, 315 Roosevelt Concourse, Auburn, AL 36849 Schedule a Zoom meeting with Mrs. Childress to get additional directions when you get an email from Ms. Hamilton. Pick up or have mailed to you your PPAC Evaluation Materials. Begin scheduling interviews with your evaluators as soon as possible. ................
