Dear Students and Families:

Welcome to the Junior League of Montgomery's 35th Annual College and Career Night with premier investor and partner Alabama Power Company! Since 1985, we have presented this free event for high school students and their families to explore academic and career opportunities. We hope this resource guide will provide you with information to help you reach your post-secondary educational and career goals.

We are deeply grateful to the many local businesses, clubs and organizations that provide scholarships, grants and loans to deserving students in our area. Their commitment to improving our community through encouraging and supporting your success assures a brighter future for all of us.

This year we are thrilled to announce that a Junior or Senior attendee at tonight's event will receive a $500.00 scholarship courtesy of the Junior League of Montgomery! You must enter to win, so please make sure you fill out a card for an opportunity to win this scholarship.

The Junior League of Montgomery is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Since 1926, we have donated countless hours and millions of dollars in financial support to the River Region. The members of the Junior League of Montgomery are true women of ACTION in our Community. Each year our members not only give their time, but dedicate themselves to serving our Community. This year's College and Career Night Event has been expanded because of the tireless work of its Committee, lead by Ashley Penhale. She and her committee are determined to give you the best Colleges, Career choices and Universities in the South Eastern United States. We are so thankful for each of them!

The Junior League of Montgomery would like to invite you and your families to attend our 31th Annual Holiday Market, October 9th ? 12th, 2019 at the Multiplex as well as our Women's Leadership Summit - March 6th, 2020, and shop during our Shop, Save, Serve shopping days March 26th ? April 5th, 2020. Know that when you invest in the Junior League of Montgomery, you are helping to strengthen families in the River Region.
