Cumi Bali – $13.50

Alpukat($4.20) & Chendol ($3.90)

Top 100 Signature Dish Award:

Ikan Otah Kukus – The flesh of the leather jacket fish has a slight hint of sweetness which is enhanced by the Otah spice-infused coconut milk gravy that has been given a stronger texture by adding egg into the gravy. It’ll be a thrill to the palate when you savour it with blachan. A tapioca leaf is placed atop the fish while steaming to add fragrance to the dish, which goes perfectly with rice. Pagi Sore also takes pride in their banana-leaf packed and steamed rice as one of their house specialty recipes that you won’t find elsewhere – a truly must-try! Simply sedap!

Cumi Bali – Seafood lovers rejoice. Inhale the aromatic fumes of charcoal grilled squid as it is served piping hot to your table. Then savour the chargrilled taste and sweetness of the succulent squid with a savoury burst of flavour from rich spices. This will definitely be a hit even with regulars who are not seafood fans.

Alpukat & Chendol – Alpukat (or traditional Indonesian avocado dessert) is a sure threat to indulge, especially on a hot sunny day or to round off a heavy meal. The silky smooth avocado pulps and cream burst with freshness and caramelized sweetness as they melt in your mouth – simply heavenly! Pagi Sore’s rendition of Chendol is recommended for the health conscious – with its distinctively low sugar content, the taste was enhanced to expel the rich fragrance of coconut milk with sweet notes of Gula Melaka that will linger on your tastebuds.

Specialties: Pagi Sore serves authentic Indonesian cuisine. The origins of their recipes come from all over Indonesia – from Java to Padang and Bali.
