Autism Awareness Week

April 18th-21st 2017

April is Autism Awareness Month

Autism is a complex developmental disability which

primarily affects a person's ability with social interaction

and communication. Autism is known as a spectrum

disorder, because it affects each individual in different

ways and to varying degrees.

Show your support of those affected by Autism by

participating in our week long spirit days!

Here’s how it works:

Monday – No School

Tuesday – Together Everyone Accomplishes More –

Favorite Sports Team Day

Wednesday – Be An Individual – Wacky Wednesday

Thursday - Help Make Dreams Come True – Pajama Day

Friday – Light it up Blue- Wear Blue

Autism Awareness Ribbons will be sold daily for $1

Staff are able to wear “blue jeans” for the week for $5.

The donations stay in your building to support our students
