Consider ports for customer servers, printers, test ports and spares for growth.Have power packs been ordered if non-POE switches are in place?Consider handset types and if LAN switches have enough budget for power allocation.TIPTHas the appropriate Integration Guide been supplied to the client?Customer Integration Guide is available on Sales Catalogue.Does this order require any IADs? Missing IADs will result in delays to provisioning. If 'Yes' above, will the IADs in the design support the required solution build? Consider EFTPOS/TTY/Fax or other terminals and their compatibility over IP.If no IAD’s are required and the customer has fax machines has it been agreed by the customer that their fax machines will operate via a separate PSTN service with a number outside the in dial number range?Customers may choose to leave fax lines as PSTN to avoid technical issues and change of advertised fax number issues.Who will be managing the client’s IT integration? The client will be required to manage this integration. If they require assistance consider engaging Telstra Plus on a Fee For Service basis or an ICT dealer. (Requirement for Conditional DNS Forwarding.)See customer integration checklist for more information (Mandatory for TIPT where portal access or mobility / toolbar functionality is required).
