This Offer is sponsored by Autodesk Asia Pte. Ltd. The promotional campaign and money back redemption settlements are managed by Arvato Digital Services Pte Ltd, located in Singapore ("Arvato"). Through this program, the money back will be made by Arvato after the purchase and independently from the original purchase price. Independent distributors or resellers of Autodesk products are not bound by this program and remain free to determine their own sales prices. The Offer is valid only with purchases of qualifying new commercial licenses of latest AutoCAD LT? software. Upgrades from current or non-current versions, crossgrades, educational licenses, government licenses, education-to-commercial or government-to-commercial transfers DO NOT qualify.

The Offer ? Participant will qualify for a money back of up to INR 3,500 per license, irrespective of the original purchase price, on the purchase of minimum of 3 licenses per order ? Money back shall be made subject to successful submission of redemption request, post purchase ? Minimum eight (8) weeks for processing and payment will be required for the money back ? The end-user who wishes to participate ("Participant") can claim money back by adhering procedure stated below ? Only the corporate or individual end-user who purchased the qualifying product(s) can participate

Validity ? Offer is valid for end-users that purchase a full commercial license of latest AutoCAD? LT software (the above exclusions apply) between February 15th 2013 and April 26th 2013 (dates inclusive) or till stocks last ? Last date for online redemption request submission is May 10, 2013. Redemption requests submitted after May 10, 2013 will not be accepted under any circumstances ? Online redemption request submission at : apac ? Online redemption request to be submitted with order copy dated from between February 15th 2013 and April 26th 2013 (dates are inclusive) ? Duplicate submissions will be disqualified ? Subject to strict auditing and Autodesk's audits results will prevail. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible and late submissions will be disqualified ? This promotion is valid in India, only (known as "Participating Country"). Only companies established in Participating Country/ies and individuals resident of the Participating qualify for redemption of this promotion ? If individual, the Participant needs to be an adult ? Minimum 3 License per order is mandatory ? Cannot be applied towards future purchases

Relevant details

? Redemption requests needs to be submitted with Participant's personal and company details, the Autodesk part number of the product licenses, serial number from the AutoCAD LT? software, part number, quantity of licenses purchased, reseller's name, copy of original invoice/ sales receipt, order copy including description of products

? Incomplete, illegible, incorrect or missing information will be disqualified. Purchase orders will not be accepted as proof of purchase

? The Participant's personal and company details indicated on the original invoice or sales receipt must match the personal and company details provided in the redemption request

? Any information on purchase prices obtained by arvato will not be accessed by Autodesk. Incomplete and incorrect redemption request will be disqualified

Money back procedure ? Participant consents that personal information, including bank account information, shall be used by Autodesk for facilitating payment ? Autodesk may share this information with Arvato and other third parties (e.g. banks) for the purpose of payment ? Money back may not be made to the Participant if the requested personal information is not provided or provided without the end-user' consent. The collection, use and storage of personal information will be governed by Autodesk's privacy policy at ? Autodesk shall not be liable or responsible for incorrect details provided ? The money back will be made by Arvato via bank transfer or cheque for deposit only ? The currency of the pay-out or check will be in INR ? Payment will only be made to bank accounts in the name of the purchaser, no payment will be made to any third parties ? Bank fees and charges applicable to bank transfers, check deposits & processing, direct payments and currency conversions may be deducted from the money back value by the Participant's bank ? Autodesk will not be liable for any such reimbursement for bank charges ? Bank transfers will be made only to Indian companies or residents, and only to bank accounts with banks in India

General Terms and Conditions ? Autodesk reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify part or entire promotion at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion ? In an event of dispute, Autodesk's decision shall be final ? The rebate program is subject to the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict of laws rules. Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction ? The AutoCAD LT Promotion is not valid with, and cannot be combined with any other Autodesk offer, special pricing or other offers ? Products available without offer as well ? Autodesk channel partners, resellers, distributors and purchasing agents cannot not participate on their own or own behalf of end-user ? This promotion is not valid for product licenses purchased through the Autodesk Employee Purchase Program ? Materials received become the property of Autodesk and will not be returned
