I.

JOB SUMMARY

The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will assist the Aftermarket Sales and Service department in a wide variety of activities including spare parts product support for our national and international customer base.

The Aftermarket Sales Specialist must be able to work autonomously, have outstanding communication skills, be detail oriented, a problem solver with superior customer service skills and the ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful, positive approach.

The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will work within the guidelines established by the Director of Service & Manufacturing and/or Aftermarket Sales Manager and will follow established policies and procedures when representing Huber Technology.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned:

? Directly responsible for the execution of warranty claims from beginning to end. ? Make sure that parts returned as defective or under warranty are properly coded and

inventoried so that Huber Technology will receive credit from the manufacturer/supplier. ? Responsible for prompt distribution of parts to customers and field technicians. ? Have technical knowledge to assist customers and employees as needed, and have access to

reference materials to ensure appropriate completion of all work. ? Provide consultative sales and technical support to customers. ? Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication,

service, and telephone support. ? Responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory of spare parts.

Involves direct communication with factory in Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland.

? Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork. ? Collaborate sold services, service quotes, and maintenance contracts with Service Coordinator . ? Seek out new parts business. ? Identify and quote accurate parts and services to customers in a timely manner. ? Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely invoicing to customers and reps. ? Responsible for inventory organization. ? Assist with inventory counts.

? Collaborate with Aftermarket Sales Manager, Director of Service, and other involved departments to resolve escalated problems.

? Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures . ? Participate in positive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. ? Maintain a professional appearance.

III. REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

? A (2) year Associate Business Degree, (2) year Technical Degree or equivalent experience in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

? Superior customer service and interpersonal skills. ? Parts background a plus

IV. Specialized Knowledge Required ? Including any required certificates, licenses, and registrations

? High level of customer service skills as well as the ability to respond quickly to service/parts calls.

? Thorough understanding of systems troubleshooting and the benefits of establishing solid service practices for the company and the customer.

? General knowledge of control schematics, PLC's and monitoring devices. ? Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint ,Excel and Outlook. ? Must be motivated and fast paced personality with serious work ethic. ? Must work effectively with little or no supervision. ? Excellent written and oral communications skills. ? Must be able to drive a forklift. ? Must be a sales person at heart.

V. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

? Moderate physical demand and exposure to shop and field elements ? Must be able to provide, or establish, around the clock service to customers as required. ? Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. ? Regularly required to stand, reach, bend, squat, push, pull and move about the facility ? Walk or stand at least 6+ hours per day

? Office: Administrative - computer and telephone usage. Microsoft Office. Operation of basic office equipment and machinery; such as, fax machines, copiers and printers. ? Shop/Job Site: Daily exposure to warehouse/shop elements. Potential exposure to undesirable field elements at treatment plants or contractor's site. ? Travel: As required to fulfill the duties listed above. In addition to the above, the performance of other related duties may be required.
