Sgt. Waine Pickney grew up in New York and relocated to Atlanta in 1991. He began working with the Atlanta Police Department in 1992, and after 7 years moved to the DeKalb County School Police. In 2004 he was promoted to Detective while working at Avondale High School. Last year, he was again promoted to Sergeant over the Gang Unit. Sgt. ................
