HUNTINGTON UNIVERSITYPOSITION TITLE:Coordinator of Recruitment REPORTS TO:Director of Admissions (Graduate & Adult)BASIC FUNCTION:This position leads the recruitment efforts for Huntington University’s graduate and adult programs, specifically in online adult programs, certificate programs, Counseling, Education, Ministry, MBA and Organizational Leadership programs. This role helps to establish strategy through the annual recruitment plan and by engaging with graduate faculty.QUALIFICATIONS: Is a committed Christian with a strong desire to serve others and a commitment to being a faithful steward of university resourcesPossesses strong recruiting, communication, interpersonal, and team skillsExhibits creativity and vision in recruiting messages, projects and campaigns. Possesses a high level of problem solving, analytic and organization skillsHas the ability to execute multiple projects and tasks concurrentlyBachelor’s degree, in business preferredThree years of relevant sales or recruiting experience, in higher education preferred RESPONSIBILITIESOversees graduate and adult online student application processes, coordinates student acceptance and matriculation with the Dean of Graduate Programs. Is a member of the Graduate and Professional Programs Admissions Committee.In cooperation with the Director of Admissions, monitors Professional programs’ and Graduate programs’ web presence.Provides leadership for graduate and online adult programs presence at relevant public events, expos, conferences, college fairs, etc. Provides leadership for on campus visits with prospective graduate and online adult students.Provides leadership for the database management and direct mail communication strategies for graduate and online adult programs. Develops and provides weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for tracking progress towards benchmarks and providing input for marketing decisions.Participates in regular graduate and online adult program staff meetings.Performs special projects as assigned by the Director of Admissions (Graduate & Adult Programs).WORK ENVIRONMENT/DRESS CODEIndoor work, office setting, business casual.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTTravel required, along with some evening and weekend hours.PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOBThis position requires occasional climbing, stooping, crawling, lifting, pulling and pushing loads of 50 lbs., carrying and climbing, reaching both high and low. Frequently requires walking, standing, and balancing. Constantly requires sitting, repetitious finger and wrist movement, speaking clearly, hearing conversations, hearing (with acuity), seeing near and far with depth perception with color vision. Exerting 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, are required. ................
