It was way too dependent on them anyway.I highlighted the ones in GREEN they would have done that I think we should keep (and just change personnel).What I would like to see us do: Use the current grid as a rough guide. I think we’re going to stagger the workshops more so that the work/play intervals are not so rigid. (But Rick also says that event planning to that detail isn’t important right now and getting the programming right is key).Decide if we like the GREEN topics. Assign people to them if we do.Figure out what to do with the YELLOW. We could repeat talks, or we could have new things by other speakers. For example, Matt (Freeman) suggested a talk on COUPLES!Maybe bring back some themes (can be top-down or ground-up). We should review and complete our guidelines for speakers. They were short and pretty good as I recall.(Larry) 9/12 – I put in a couple of new things, in BLUE(Larry) 9/15 – Changes to V4. CME Track (Mostly lectures). Some interspersed activities. Trying to figure out tracks 2 & 3 – “home” and “work” might be good designations. Trying to change progression so things like “building self care plan” come at the end rather than the beginning.(Larry 9/16 – Changes to V4. Normalized the tracks. Rearranged the workshops. Got rid of the highlighting. Reduced (but did not completely eliminate) inconsistency in notation. Removed most of the random activities and staggered the hours. I think we should plug stuff like 1-hour boot camp classes and such into some of those spaces (separate track?) I’d like to see some formal yoga, meditation, fitness stuff throughout the day – group exercise or maybe a circuit class in the weight room, etc. 14 CME’s.(Larry 9/26 – Changes to V5 and to new name PROGRAM_GRID) – Added Kristi’s and Matt’s changes. Fixed a bunch of typos. Now we are at 15 CME’s.(Larry 9/28 – Change to add workplace violence. Now 16 CME’s.)(Larry 10/2 – Added long names to bottom of list. Still 16 CME’s). ................
