Tuesday – 13 Jan. Project Development

*You already wrote about how you came up with your project

idea in the “Initial Project Background & Brainstorming”

section of your paper, so do not repeat that information.

*Begin by describing how you organized your project

development. Did you assign project members different

tasks perhaps based on the True Colors information that you

gathered?

*Was there any trouble, at first, deciding how to do things or

how to prioritize things? How did you work through this?

*Did any group members take on more of a leadership role?

Who? How? Were all group members okay with this?

*Break down your development into pieces. Put them into

chronological order and describe each part in detail. Make

sure to include any successes as well as any struggles.

*Did your plans change along the way? What were the

causes? How did you work through the changes?

*You should name who contributed what during this section

of your paper.

Tuesday – 17 Feb. Implementation

*Imagine the morning of your event (or the morning of the

first day of your event). Describe how you felt before

meeting up with your group.

*Once you were with your group mates, how did you feel?

How did things begin? Did you all arrive on time?

*What materials did you have with you? Was there anything

forgotten? Did someone have a checklist?

*Describe in detail everything that happened! Try to

remember specific names, activities, feelings, worries,

happiness. Describe this so that your reader can really tell

how you experienced your “event.”

*Explain anything that concerned or worried you.

*Share anything funny that happened. Share anything sad.

*Tell what went right and what went wrong.

*Share stories about the participants in your “event.”

*Describe any concerns that you had or anything that really

surprised you.

*Usually, this section is best written in chronological order.

Review your work to make sure that it flows well and is easy

for your reader to follow.
