1. Stevens- Agree with DF on the amount, there is a dance the night before

6. DF- amount request is greater then the amount actually need, still put on a good program with the funds provided

V. New Business

a. Waller Hall- Black Light Dance

i. Chris Howe, Waller President

ii. In the pass has been the largest all campus event

iii. Working with other halls for money

iv. Senate for Advertising

v. Going to fund Decorations, from our sister halls and our hall government

vi. Open to everyone on campus, on and off

vii. Rogers- What about coke

viii. Gave a peoples amount of coke, coke will be sponsoring, want them to get it delivered before the event so they can get more if need

ix. DPA- how are you going to advertise

x. In the past we have done table tops in the dinning halls, posting stuff in class rooms to get information out

xi. Stevens- Time

xii. Start about 7 end around 11ish, it will be November 2nd

xiii. Rogers- are you solo depended on RHA

xvi. They will fund 800 people worth of coke

xviii. Still in negations with the DJ, no set amount, 1000 should cover the full amount, going to ask ASWSU for money to

b. Japan Club- Japanese Cultural Festival MATSURI

i. Ma

ii. November 3rd,

iii. 1st annual festival, will allow people to experience Japanese Culture

iv. Total budget is 7000, budget is tight

v. Advertise during the event

vi. They have done fundraising in the past, still need help form

vii. Jenny form Honor- Recommend the full amount, work hard

viii. North- bring things up for reconsideration

ix. President- you have to be on the prevailing side, and must be able to give reason for the reconsideration

c. Progressive Student Union- Week of Tolerance and Respect

ii. Week of October- 22nd

iii. Additions Cliff bars will be on campus, giving out free samples

iv. DF- Finance full amount, stipulations RHA logo on flyers, flyers up by the 18th

v. VP- what movie is playing on Wednesday

vi. Movie is about religion, going be a discussion afterwards, and councilors on hand after words

vii. President- formally young democrats

ix. DD- need money today

x. No the money will be used for later in the week

xi. DPR- with stipulations about the logo, would you be fine if you did not get funding from RHA
