⅓ Cup Heavy cream. 10 Strawberries. ¼ Cup Cognac. Procedure. Sauté the strawberries in the Cognac, over low heat; let the juice ooze out, and form a syrup with the Cognac. Add sugar to taste. Set aside. In a double boiler, combine the egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Mix at high speed (using a mixer) for 5 minutes, until it is thick and foamy. ................
