TERMS & CONDITIONS

Following words shall for the purpose of these terms and conditions, be defined to mean as below:

"BFL" refers to Bajaj Finance Limited, a company incorporated within the meaning of the Companies Act 1956/2013 having its Registered Office at Mumbai Pune Road, Akurdi, Pune-411035, Maharashtra, and a Corporate Office at 4th Floor, Bajaj Finserv Corporate Office, Off Pune Ahmednagar Road, Viman Nagar, Pune- 411014. "Customer" means an Indian citizen who avails loan from BFL for the first time during the Offer Period. "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from 12:01 am on 01-01-2020 of 2020 to 23:59:59 pm on 31-01-2020. "Participating Store(s)" shall mean such retail store(s) or dealer outlets which are empaneled with BFL under Urban B2B businesses (i.e. Consumer Durables/Digital Product Finance/Life Style Finance/Life Care Finance only) except the transactions done at REMI Stores / Dealers / E-Commerce sites and which are located in such locations as detailed in Annexure I. "Promotion" shall mean the promotional program during the Offer Period. "Promotional Platform" shall mean communication of Promotion on the online channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads & Internet browser through digital pop-ups / digital banners. "Products" shall mean the products purchased from BFL empaneled retail store(s) or dealer outlets under Urban B2B businesses (Consumer Durables/Digital Product Finance/Life Style Finance/Life Care Finance) using BFL's finance facility. "Reward" refers & includes Cash Back reward of Rs. 2020 value, Mobile number recharge voucher of Rs. 1000 value and DTH recharge voucher of Rs. 500 value offered to the Customer(s) under this Promotion. "Claim of Reward" shall mean to refer the process defined and communicated by BFL to the eligible Customer who shall be required to fulfill the terms and process of claiming Reward. "Website" means BFL's website at the following URL

2. Eligibility: This Promotion is valid for only to such prospect Customers who are availing finance

facilities from BFL for the first time as per eligibility mentioned below:

i.

The Promotion is open to all individuals who are the citizens of India aged between 21 years

and 65 years on the date of loan application

ii. Who have received communication from BFL regarding the said Promotion.

iii. Who mandatorily avail a loan from BFL for purchasing the Product from the Participating

Store(s) during the Offer Period and who successfully pay the first, second & third equated

monthly installments of the loan as per the repayment schedule.

iv. who opt in for participating in the promotion by giving an SMS "BFL2020" to 8424009661

from their mobile number.

v. The transactions done at REMI Stores / Dealers / E-Commerce sites are excluded from this

Promotion.

vi. This Promotion is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.

vii. Officers, directors, and employees of BFL, and the BFL's parents, subsidiaries, affiliated

companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the

Promotion.

viii. Customer can avail the offer only once during the Offer Period.

3. Under this Promotion, every prospect Customer who fulfills the criteria specified by BFL, shall be eligible for following Reward: -

(i) Cashback of Rs. 2020 value to be credited into the BFL Finserv Mobikwik Wallet account of the eligible Customer;

(ii) Mobile number recharge voucher of Rs. 1000 with a PROMO CODE which can be used through BFL Finserv Mobikwik Wallet only;

(iii) DTH recharge voucher of Rs. 500 value with a PROMO CODE which can be used through BFL Finserv Mobikwik Wallet only.

A prospect Customer can qualify only once to avail the benefits of the Promotion during the Offer Period. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that a prospect Customer is eligible for only one Reward during the Offer Period.

4. PROCESS TO CLAIM REWARD I. Prospect Customer who has received the communication of the promotion offer will have to avail loan at any of the participating store(s) in the locations mentioned in annexure I during the offer period II. Customer will have to send a SMS `BFL2020' to 8424009661 from their mobile number to opt-in for this offer;

III. Customer will have to install the Bajaj Finserv Mobikwik Wallet IV. Upon disbursement of the aforesaid loan the Customer will have to successfully pay/clear the

first, second and third equated monthly instalments to be eligible for the offer Within 30 days of the successful payment/clearance of the third equated monthly instalment the Customer will get a communication on SMS from BFL which will have promo code to redeem the offer in Bajaj Finserv Experia website at the link: V. Customer will avail the following Reward after successful payment of their 1st, 2nd & 3rd EMI amount to BFL and the same will be provided by BFL to the eligible Customer within 30 Days from the date of 3rd EMI payment: (a) Cashback amount of Rs 2020 into the BFL Finserv Mobikwik Wallet account; (b) VOUCHER PROMO CODE of Rs 1000 for mobile recharge; (c) VOUCHER PROMO CODE Rs. 500 for DTH recharge

All the aforesaid Reward benefits can be availed by the Customer through BFL Finserv Mobikwik Wallet only.

5. This Promotion is available only in select cities of India and is valid only for Indian citizens. This Promotion is not applicable in places wherever prohibited and / or on gifts / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever. For avoidance of doubt, this promotion is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.

6. The Promotion and the Rewards are available at the sole discretion of BFL and subject to changes as deemed fit by BFL, without any prior notice.

7. Participating in this Promotion is voluntary, and the prospect Customer is not bound to participate in this Promotion. There is no compensation for non-participation in the Promotion under any circumstances whatsoever.

8. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer/discount/promotion of BFL.

9. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Promotion thereunder or these terms and conditions, any images, representations, content etc. and all intellectual property rights pertaining thereto which belong

to any third party, shall continue to vest with such party and by using such images, representations etc., BFL in no way claims any right whatsoever relating to such intellectual property.

10. The eligible prospect Customers shall receive their Reward only upon successful repayment of the first, second and third equated monthly instalment on the loan availed under the Promotion by BFL to the Customer. The Reward shall be given to the Customer via BFL Finserv Mobikwik Wallet after successful repayment of first, second and third equated monthly installment of the aforesaid loan amount.

11. All applicable taxes, fees and levies (excluding `gift' tax or tax deducted at source, where applicable) will need to be solely paid by the Customer(s). The tax deducted at source in respect of the Reward, where applicable, shall be paid by BFL.

12. Where the prospect Customer has provided any incorrect information at the time of registration for the Promotion and/or at the time of collecting his/her Reward, then his/her selection is subject to cancellation.

13. This Promotion is a special offer for BFL prospect Customers only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Customer loan agreements. These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions prescribed by BFL for the loan.

14. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by BFL to provide further or similar offers.

15. BFL is not a supplier/manufacturer/issuer of the products purchased by Customer or the Rewards provided to the Customers under this Promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. Accordingly, BFL shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products or Rewards provided by third parties.

16. Notwithstanding anything herein, BFL shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products or Rewards provided by third parties.

17. Disputes, if any, regarding the products/services/Rewards under the Promotion must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to the merchant/manufacturer/dealer/ issuer of the Rewards and BFL shall not entertain any communication or claim of any nature in this regard.

18. These terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any brochure or digital banner or other promotional material advertising the Promotion.

19. In case of cancellation/refund of the qualifying loan transaction, Customer's eligibility for availing the Promotion and/or the Reward will be at the sole discretion of BFL.

20. BFL, its group entities/ affiliates or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, etc., shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, including for reasons arising out of use or non-use of products/ services or participation under this Promotion.

21. BFL shall not be liable for termination or delay of the Promotion or the Rewards forming part of the Promotion due to any force majeure event and will not be liable for any consequences.

22. The Promotion is not transferable and non-negotiable under any circumstances.

23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this Promotion or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against BFL.

24. The Promotion is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India ("Applicable Law") and the courts of Pune will have jurisdiction over all Disputes that may arise out of and in relation to this Promotion.

25. The BFL shall have the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of these Terms and Conditions without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. The BFL may notify / communicate the amended Terms and Conditions by hosting the same on its website i.e. or in any other manner as decided by the BFL. The Customer shall be responsible for regularly viewing these Terms and Conditions, including amendments thereto as may be posted on the BFL's website or the microsite and shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions.

26. The Customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, the Customers shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.
