COMMUNITY SUPPORTED BAKERY SHARES 2013

All Good Bakers is launching our Third Community Supported Bakery Share Season!

Borrowing from the “Community Supported Agriculture” model where you pay a farmer in advance for a season’s share of sustainable produce to be picked up from a central location, our Winter-Season Community Supported Bakery Shares (“CSB”) will bring you locally-sourced, freshly made bread and/or baked goods every week from January 9-May 22, 2013. We support NY grain farmers by using North Country Farms non-gmo Stoneground Whole Wheat & White flours.

All Good is passionate about using clean, local, fresh ingredients and we strongly believe in sourcing all of our materials in a sustainable way. We prepare everything fresh, from-scratch ourselves. We make our own butter every week from Meadowbrook’s heavy cream (free from hormones, antibiotics & additives), get our eggs from responsible farmers who pasture their small flocks, use Lloyd Spears’ honey & Mountain Winds Farm maple syrup exclusively, and buy fair-trade, organic sugars. We are committed to baking with integrity.

Joining our CSB gives you the chance to develop a meaningful relationship with your bakers. Supporting us in this way allows us to: further develop our creative passions, delve deeper into the amazing partnerships we have with local farmers & other small-food producers, and allows our small business to give back to our community in a myriad of ways. We look forward to getting to know you better throughout the season!

You may select the breads and/or baked goods you want each week, mixing and matching from any of our choices, at the beginning of the season. If you prefer not to select what you want ahead of time (for some or all 20 weeks), you can choose a “Baker’s Pick” (simply write in “BP” under the appropriate columns on your order form).
