Assessment Information

All applicants who meet the Maryland age-of-entry requirements and are eligible to attend a Baltimore County elementary school are offered placement or placed on a wait list through a centralized random lottery process.

Parents whose children will turn 5 between September 2, 2015, and October 14, 2015, and who wish to have their children considered for a kindergarten magnet program, must

request early admission to kindergarten testing at their zoned

school and submit a copy of the request with their magnet application by the November 25, 2014, deadline.
