Designated Inclement Weather Make-Up Days will be used in the following order:

May 24 is inclement weather make-up day #1.

April 23 is inclement weather make-up day #2.

April 18 is inclement weather make-up day #3.

Note: If this day is used, the Professional Day will be added to the end of the school year in June.

March 22 is inclement weather make-up day #4.

Note: If this day is used, the Professional Day will be added to the end of the school year in June.

The next three (3) inclement weather make-up days will be June 12, 13, and 14.

If the total number of days missed exceeds the designated number of inclement weather make-up days, then additional time will be added to

the school day to satisfy the hourly requirements of the state.

The last possible day for 10-month staff is June 20 if all inclement weather make-up days are needed, and the March 22 and April 18 Professional Days are moved.

Early Dismissals:

Elementary students are dismissed early each Wednesday to provide planning and staff development time for teachers.

Secondary students will be dismissed early the last 3 days * of school. Elementary students will be dismissed early the last day * of school.

* Official notification of these days at the end of the year and whether they will be scheduled as early dismissal will be determined as soon as possible after the inclement weather season.

Graduation will be scheduled by individual high schools and will occur between Thursday, June 6, and Saturday, June 8.

Twelve Month Employee Holidays:

July 4; September 3; November 22 and 23; December 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 31; January 1 and 21; February 18; April 19 and 22; May 27.
